Post-Construction Cleaning in Monmouth County, NJ
The renovation is done. The dust is not. We remove the fine debris and residue that construction leaves behind, so your space is ready to use.
Drywall dust gets everywhere. It settles on ledges, inside cabinets, in vents and on every new surface. Paint drips, sticker residue and footprints follow. Post-construction cleaning is detailed work that goes well beyond a regular clean.
We work with homeowners, contractors and builders across Monmouth County after remodels, additions and new builds. Our goal is to protect your new finishes while removing every layer of dust, so the final walkthrough shows the work at its best.

Post-Construction Cleaning FAQ
When should I schedule post-construction cleaning?
After all trades have finished, including paint and fixtures. Cleaning too early means the dust comes back.
Do you work with contractors directly?
Yes. We coordinate timing and site access with general contractors and builders.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove light debris and dust. Large debris, dumpsters and hauling should be handled by the contractor.
