Estimates and bookings
Estimates are based on the information you provide. If the size, condition or scope of the job differs on site, we will discuss any change with you before continuing. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Our company understands that unforeseen things happen, and that occasionally you may need to cancel the cleaning service. For this reason, we respectfully request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. We created this policy to better meet the demands of all our customers. When cancellations are made close to the cleaning time, other customers miss the opportunity to clean their home. For this reason, if we do not receive a call or text message with the agreed upon time, there will be a $50 charge on your next scheduled cleaning. Access and safety
You agree to provide safe access to the property and to tell us about pets, hazards or fragile items in advance.
Liability
Revival Cleaning Services LLC is licensed and insured. Please report any concern about a service as soon as possible so we can review it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
